1. Our Return Policy

At Vistakart, we want you to be 100% satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will try our best to make the process simple and fast.

You can return if:

• Received wrong size or wrong product
• Product is damaged or defective during transit
• Manufacturing defect found

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used, washed or worn products
• Products without original tags and packaging
• Innerwear, socks, and personal care items due to hygiene reasons
• Products purchased during Clearance Sale / Festival Offer with tag "Non-Returnable"
• Customized or personalized products

2. Exchange Policy

Size doesn't fit? No worries. We offer ONE FREE SIZE EXCHANGE within 7 days. You just have to pay the courier difference if any.

Exchange Process: WhatsApp us your Order ID + Size you want + Photo of product with tag.

3. How to Initiate Return / Exchange? (3 Easy Steps)

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive and check the returned product, refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours
• For Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to original payment method (UPI/Bank/Card) within 5-7 working days
• For COD Orders: Refund will be given as Store Credit or Bank Transfer (you can choose)
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

5. Return Shipping Cost

If return is due to our mistake (wrong product/defect), we will bear the return courier cost. If return is due to size issue or you changed your mind, customer needs to pay Rs.49 return shipping charge.
